12|01|06: Dr. Emmanuel Tadjouddine has joined the agents group to undertake research on the "Machine Understandable Auctions" project. This project will investigate how agents could automatically find out if the rules of an auction guarantee a fair deal. The work is at the intersection of Game Theory and Computer Science. It could eventually find application in eCommerce scenarios: where agents automatically participate in auctions on the Internet. [more]
