Throughout the CS3007 project, you will need to hold regular meetings - to discuss plans, progress, etc. When a meeting is organised by your customer or manager he/she will book an appropriate meeting room. This page details the procedure you should follow to book rooms for team meetings that do not involve your customer/manager.
The following rooms are available in the Computing Science Department for project meetings:
| 216 | Small seminar room |
| 245 | Conference room |
| 310 | E-Commerce Technology Conference Room |
If you require one of these rooms, the team leader should provide the customer with the following details by email:
He/she will then check whether the room is available and if it is, will make the appropriate booking on behalf of the team (noting customer initials on the booking sheet). The team leader will be advised (by email) once the booking has been made.
Rooms 216 and 245 are often used for staff meetings/conferences; room 310 is used for MSc teaching. It is therefore vital that student team meetings finish as scheduled on the booking sheet - i.e. on time!
You should NOT book room 245 between the following times: 10:30-11:30, and 15:30-16:30.
